Change of Mind

Items must be:

- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order details
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly identified on the product page.
